1.We at Maive,keep a very strict check on our production and manufacturing to reduce unnecessary stocking up and wasting valuable resources of the environment.In tandem with that,we make an order,after its placed for that reason,wedont accept any returns after delivery and only offer size exchange.

2.We offer size exchange only once.Incase of a size issue,please contact us within 48 hrs of delivery.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (We do not have reverse pick up facility ), as any returned items that is not received by www.maivefashion.com will be treated as not returned.

 3.Your request for return / exchange should be received within 2 days and your dress should be received within 7 days.

The items should be unused and unwashed with original packaging and tags in place. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
